What is not working?
Pick the one that sounds most like you. We will tell you what is usually behind it and what we would do about it.
What is usually behind it
When people search for what you do, they find your competitors instead.
Most local customers pick from the handful of businesses Google shows on the map at the top of the results, or from the AI answer above the links. Landing in those spots has little to do with how good you are. It comes down to your Google Business Profile, how your pages are built, and whether your name, address and phone number match everywhere they appear online.
The tell: you rank fine for your own business name and nowhere for what you actually do.
What we would do
- 1 Fix the Google Business Profile, which is the highest-leverage surface and the one most often left at whatever it said on setup day
- 2 Build a page for each thing you sell, in each place you sell it
- 3 Add the structured data that lets search engines and assistants understand what you are
What is usually behind it
People are arriving and the site is not doing its half.
Traffic that does not convert is usually a speed problem, a clarity problem, or a trust problem, and often all three. A page that takes four seconds on a phone has lost most of its visitors before it says anything, and the ones who stay can't always tell what to do next.
The tell: decent traffic in your analytics, and a phone that does not ring.
What we would do
- 1 Get the site loading in under a second on a phone, which is where the traffic is
- 2 One obvious action for your users on every page, above the fold
- 3 The proof a stranger needs before calling: real work, real reviews, real prices
What is usually behind it
The inquiry is sitting somewhere nobody is watching.
Speed of first response is the most reliable predictor of whether an inbound lead closes, and it is almost never a people problem. The lead arrives, it lands in an inbox, and it waits until somebody happens to look. That step is the cheapest one to delete entirely.
The tell: you find a good inquiry from four days ago and it has already gone elsewhere.
What we would do
- 1 Every inquiry landing in one place, tagged and assigned automatically
- 2 A first reply going out in minutes, in your words, with you approving anything that needs it
- 3 The follow-up nobody has to remember, running until they answer or ask you to stop
What is usually behind it
If you can't see which ads bring in customers, the ad platform can't either.
Most underperforming ad accounts we inherit are not bidding problems. They are counting problems. The platform optimizes toward whatever you told it a conversion is, so a broken conversion event buys you more of the wrong thing, enthusiastically, for months.
The tell: the platform reports plenty of conversions and you can't name a customer from any of them.
What we would do
- 1 Verify every conversion end to end before a dollar moves, calls included
- 2 Send the traffic to the page the ad promised rather than to the homepage
- 3 Cut and concentrate weekly, which is where most of the gain actually comes from
What is usually behind it
You are relying on being remembered months from now.
Most customers do not need you today. They need you the next time the job comes up, and they call whoever comes to mind first. If nothing reaches them in between, that is a coin flip you are paying for every time with new-customer acquisition instead.
The tell: past customers who used a competitor for the next job and did not think twice.
What we would do
- 1 A welcome sequence that runs for every new contact, forever, without anybody scheduling it
- 2 A cadence you can actually hold, with the writing and design handled
- 3 Win-back for the customers who have drifted, which is the cheapest work you will ever win
What is usually behind it
Posting is the first thing to fall off a busy week, every week.
It is almost never a strategy problem. A page that stops abruptly in mid-2024 is worse than no page: a prospect checking you out finds it and quietly wonders whether the business stopped too. And the messages arriving there are going unanswered.
The tell: your last post has a date on it that makes you wince.
What we would do
- 1 Two platforms done properly rather than five done badly
- 2 The month produced and scheduled in advance, built from the work you already did
- 3 Comments and messages answered daily, in your voice, because a slow reply reads as an answer
AI powered dashboard for everything. Free.
Most agencies leave you juggling separate tools for analytics, search rankings, project tracking, and invoices, plus a monthly PDF report you never read. We pull all of it into one dashboard, included with everything we do.

not the tasks, approvals or invoices
One vendor, cheapest published plan, September 2026. These tools are priced per agency rather than per client, so this is what your agency would be paying to report to you, not a per-seat comparison: Whatagraph from about $815 a month for its cheapest plan.
Why we can charge less for more
We automated our own agency first.
Every agency says it is automation-first. The only version of that claim worth anything is the list of things you run on your own business, so here is ours. Backups, uptime monitoring, task triage, reporting and invoicing are all systems we built because we did not want to do them by hand.
It is also why the dashboard is included rather than an upsell. It costs us almost nothing to give you, because we were always going to build it for ourselves.
Cadabra internal ops
Example- Site backups and updates every client site, nightly Replaced a paid service
- Uptime monitoring maintenance-aware, every 5 minutes Replaced a paid service
- Task triage inbound work sorted and assigned Replaced an inbox sweep
- Client reporting assembled and sent Replaced a manual round-up
- Invoicing and unbilled hours reconciled weekly Replaced a spreadsheet
The dashboard your account lives in is the one we run the agency from. Every system listed is real; the run times are a snapshot, not a live feed.

Week 9 onward
The part that compounds
Measure, adjust, repeat
The first version is never the best one. Each month we report what moved, what did not, and what we are working next, and the automations keep running underneath it.
You end up with
A monthly report you did not have to ask for
Before you ask
Every price, up front.
Making you sit through a discovery call to find out whether you can afford us is a waste of your afternoon and ours. So here are the numbers.
Monthly plans
- Foundation $850 /mo A solid baseline, automated.
- Most clients Growth $1,950 /mo The full active-growth playbook.
- Scale $3,800 /mo For multi-location and rapid-growth needs.
Dashboard and hosting included in every plan. No setup fee.
The terms, in plain language.
Most of what makes working with an agency go wrong is decided before the work starts. Here is where we stand on all of it.
- 01 You own your accounts
- The website, the ad accounts, the list and the documentation are built in accounts in your name, so if we part ways none of it is held hostage. Automations split two ways and we would rather say so now than later. The ones we build inside your own tools are yours and keep running. The ones hosted in our dashboard stop when the work does, so we document those well enough to be rebuilt anywhere.
- 02 Fixed price, agreed before we start
- You get the scope and the number in writing. If something is genuinely outside it, we tell you before doing the work rather than after, on an invoice.
- 03 You can see the work as it happens
- The dashboard shows the tasks we are working on, the approvals waiting on you, the hours, and the invoices. There is no version of your account that only we can see.
- 04 We report the things that did not work too
- A monthly report where everything went up is a report nobody should believe. Ours name the campaigns that lost money and the pages that went nowhere, because that is the half you can act on.
- 05 We will tell you when we are the wrong fit
- If you need leads this week, SEO is not the answer and we will say so. If your budget is too small for ads to be worth running, we will say that too. Turning down work we can't do well is cheaper for everyone than doing it badly.
If any of this is not what you were quoted elsewhere, that is worth asking them about.
Straight to the service.
Ready when you are
Let’s make your marketing feel like magic.
Start with the audit. It reads your site the way Google and the AI assistants do, and tells you what is wrong with it. Free, about sixty seconds, and nobody has to call you.
