Included with everything we do

Open it whenever you like and see everything.

Most agencies send a monthly PDF and hope you do not read it too closely. Yours is a live dashboard with your traffic, your rankings, the tasks we are working on right now, the approvals waiting on you, your hours and your invoices. All of it, all the time, at no extra cost.

This month's work

  • Rewrite service page titles
  • Add schema to location pages
  • Google Business Profile refresh
What is in it

Six things, and none of them are a PDF.

Reporting is the part everyone builds. The other four are the reason clients actually open it.

Analytics, live

Traffic, sessions, engagement and new users straight from Google Analytics, updated continuously. Not a screenshot pasted into a slide once a month.

Search performance

What people typed to find you, where you rank for it, and which way it is moving. Pulled from Google Search Console, alongside your PageSpeed scores.

The work, as it happens

Every task we are working on for you, its status, and where it is in the queue. You can comment on any of it without opening your email.

Approvals in one thread

Copy, designs and changes come to you as a single approvable item with a yes, a no, or a comment. No more hunting for the version everyone agreed on.

Invoices and hours

Every invoice, what it was for, what is paid and what is outstanding, plus the unbilled hours. There is no version of your account that only we can see.

Uptime and backups

Your site is checked every few minutes and backed up nightly, and both of those report here. You find out from the dashboard, not from a customer.

The part nobody else offers

Point your own AI at your own marketing data.

Your dashboard runs a connector that Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can talk to directly. Connect it once and you can ask your own assistant what your traffic did last month, which pages are slipping, or what we have shipped this quarter, and get the answer from your actual data rather than a guess.

It reads only your organization, and you turn it on and off yourself. We built it because we wanted it for ourselves, which is the reason most of this exists.

  • "How did search traffic do last month?"
  • "Which pages lost rankings since June?"
  • "What is Cadabra working on for us right now?"
  • "What have we been invoiced this quarter?"

Asked in your own assistant, answered from your own dashboard.

Why it costs you nothing

It is the same system we run the agency from.

The dashboard your account lives in is not a client-facing skin over a spreadsheet. It is the actual software Cadabra uses to run backups, uptime, task triage, reporting and invoicing on itself.

That is why it is included rather than sold. It costs us almost nothing to give you, because we were always going to build it for ourselves.

Cadabra internal ops

Example
  • Site backups and updates every client site, nightly
  • Uptime monitoring maintenance-aware, every 5 minutes
  • Task triage inbound work sorted and assigned
  • Client reporting assembled and sent
  • Invoicing and unbilled hours reconciled weekly

The dashboard your account lives in is the one we run the agency from. Every system listed is real; the run times are a snapshot, not a live feed.

The obvious questions

Yes, it is actually free.

What does it cost?
Nothing. It is included with every engagement, and there is no tier of it that costs more. We are not holding a feature back to sell you later.
When do I get access?
In the first week, before most of the work has started. Part of week one is connecting your analytics and search data so the dashboard has a real baseline of where things stood before we touched anything.
Do I have to learn another tool?
Not really. If your site runs on WordPress, the whole dashboard also appears inside your WordPress admin, so it is one login rather than two.
What happens to it if we part ways?
The data was always yours and lives in accounts in your name: your Google Analytics, your Search Console, your ad accounts. Losing the dashboard means losing a nicer view of it, not losing it. The one thing that does stop is any automation we built to run in here rather than inside your own tools, so we document those well enough for anyone to rebuild them.

Ready when you are

Let’s make your marketing feel like magic.

Start with the audit. It reads your site the way Google and the AI assistants do, and tells you what is wrong with it. Free, about sixty seconds, and nobody has to call you.
